Hello everyone and welcome back to my BLOG.
Every Sunday I upload a video on my youtube channel, about a spiritual matter which can be a meditation, a visualization, a series of affirmations, some life coaching tips, etc...
Recently I have started a series of videos on: "HOW TO SUCCEED IN LIFE".
The first video is on the importance of TAKING 100% RESPONSABILITIES FOR YOUR LIFE !
No more useless blaming, complaining or excuse making, but FINDING SOLUTIONS!
The second video is on the importance of FINDING THE TRUE PORPOUSE IN YOUR LIFE.
What you really love and enjoy doing, and find a way to make money out of it.
So that you will never have to work a single day in your life, because every day you are doing something that you truly love to do!
Today I am teaching you the 3rd step to success which is : ACTION !
To succeed in life you need to act.
are all fundamental aspects of a successful lifestyle.
If people do not take actions, if they cannot make choices, are unable to take decisions it is all because of F. E. A. R. (F = FANTASIZE E=EXPERIENCES A=APPEARING R=REAL )
FEAR blocks people.
FEAR prevents people from living a successful and fulfilled life.
Fear of rejections, fear of taking the wrong decision, insecurity, low self esteem, etc...
They all confine people in a small world of blaming others for their situations or complaining because it is easier and safer than taking action.
CHANGES ARE WHAT OUR MIND FEAR THE MOST.
THE FEAR OF CHANGE, THE UNKNOWN
So we often prefer to remain in a state of discomfort which we know well and we are used to, rather than CHANGE !
To stop being fearful, and unlock our full potential, to free ourselves from self imposed beliefs which no longer serve us, we need to acquire CONFIDENCE, SELF ESTEEM , BELIEVE IN YOURSELF and TAKE ACTIONS.
Now you can all tell me, yes Silvia of course this is nice talking but how do we do that?!?
How do we learn to act differently if we do not even know how to act differently.
And you are absolutely right, CHANGING YOUR HABITS, RESETTING YOUR MIND
MAY SOUND DAUNTING AT FIRST BUT IT IS JUST A QUESTION OF TRAINING.
AS WELL AS YOU GO TO THE GYM TO TRAIN YOUR BODY AND GAIN MUSCLES, YOU DO THE SAME WITH YOUR BRAIN.
YOU TRAIN YOUR BRAIN TO ACQUIRE CONFIDENCE , YOU TRAIN YOUR BRAIN TO BELIEVE IN YOURSELF, AND IN THIS WAY YOU FIGHT FEAR!
WITH GREAT SELF ESTEEM
YOUR LIFE BECOMES AN OCEAN OF OPPORTUNITIES TO SEIZE. MAKING CHOICES AND TAKING ACTIONS BECOME A NORMAL ROUTINE IN YOUR NEW LIFE STYLE.
SO HOW DO YOU TRAIN YOUR BRAIN TO FIGHT FEAR , TO BECOME CONFIDENT and TO ACQUIRE SELF ESTEEM ?
THE ANSWER IS: "MEDITATION"
WELL THERE ARE SEVERAL DIFFERENT MEDITATION METHODS SINCE WE ARE ALL DIFFERENT, ONE METHOD MAY WORK BETTER FOR SOMEONE THAN ANOTHER ONE, AND OTHERS MAY PREFER ANOTHER METHOD.
AND MANY OTHER FORMS OF MEDITATION
YOGA AND REMAINING IN SILENCE FOR LONG PERIOD OF TIME ARE INDEED A FORM OF MEDITATION AS WELL AS VISUALISATION AND AFFIRMATIONS
YOU CAN INDEED MEDITATE IN MANY DIFFERNT WAYS
DIFFERENT TEACHERS WILL TEACH YOU DIFFERNT TYPES OF MEDITATION.
YOU DO NOT NEED TO SIT ON THE FLOOR IN THE LOTUS POSITION FOR HOURS.
YOU CAN SIMPLY DO IT FROM 5 MINUTES PER DAY
FROM THE COMPFORT OF YOUR CHAIR OR YOUR SOFA.
YOU CAN TRY DIFFERENT TYPES OF MEDITATION UNTIL YOU FIND THE ONE WHICH SUITS BEST FOR YOU.
