Healthy Breakfast & Lunch Ideas

This is what I usually have for breakfast. It is also my absolute favourite! Avocado on Toast.

The food I eat nourish not only my body but also my mind and spirit. Avocado is incredibly nutritious, it contains good fats, the fatty acids, a variety of nutrients, including 20 different vitamins & minerals vitamin K, folate, vitamin C, Potassium, Vitamin B5, Vitamin B6, Vitamin E, Low in Carb & saturated fats and it is high in fibres.

Avocado promotes a healthy lifestyle, a better metabolic process, it can prevent cancer & protects your eye health.

In the morning I always have my freshly squeezed juice!

In my juice I usually put : oranges, apples, carrots & ginger. By juicing you get more nutrient absorption, introducing nutrients much faster into the blood stream. Juicing feeds the good bacteria to the gut.

Vegetable juice is indeed the best source of probiotics. It prevents cancer, lower cholesterol, and gives you a better skin!

For lunch I love this new pasta sauce which I have recently discovered.

The ingredients are :

Onions, courgette, 1 tbs of peanut butter, 1/2 tbs of vegetable stock, salt & pepper to taste. Personally I have never liked peanut butter before and I still don't like it on its own, but as an ingredient of my pasta sauce I find it simply delicious!

The peanut butter naturally enhance the flavour and give a nice smooth consistence to the sauce.

I do not use oil in my cooking any more, I have got into the habit to use water instead, so I usually water fry my veggies. This kind of cooking is very low in fats and very healthy!
